Allergy to Glycolic, Citrus, lemon extract, active sunburn, rash or irritated skin, on Accutane or Accutane use within 1 year, pregnancy, MRSA

Precautions

If you have any of the following you may still get the service but must be advised you may be more sensitive and have more chance of a reaction

Recent use of Retin-A, retinols, glycolic or acne meds, recent waxing or laser hair removal, shaved witin 2 hours, have had cosmetic procedures – Neurotoxin (Botox/Dysport)/Fillers within 2 weeks
HIV/AIDS

Prior to Appointment

Stop use of Retin-A, Retinols glycolics, acne meds for 3-5 days
No cosmetic procedures for 2 weeks prior – neurotoxin (Botox,Dysport) /fillers/laser
No waxing for 3-5 days prior

Post Appointment

Your skin may be pink/red and can last up to 24 hours
You may apply makeup as needed
Avoid Sun exposure – SPF 30 daily is recommended
Although rare blistering and scabbing may occur – use topical aquaphor or Neosporin ointment
Avoid use of retinols, glycolic for 3-5 days
