Tranquility and Courtesy
At Aestique Medispa, we are dedicated to creating a serene and luxurious atmosphere for every guest. Please silence electronic devices and maintain low noise levels to ensure a relaxing environment for all.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
To secure your appointment, a valid credit or debit card is required.
- Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a $50 nonrefundable fee, payable before booking future services.
- No-shows will be charged the full cost of the scheduled service.
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept all major credit cards, personal checks, and CareCredit (with valid ID). Returned checks are subject to a $30 fee. Please inform us of any gift cards, coupons, or spa packages at the time of booking.
Recurring Appointments
Standing appointments are available upon request, based on availability. Please note, three missed appointments may result in the discontinuation of recurring bookings.
Late Arrivals
We recommend arriving at least 5 minutes before your appointment. If you anticipate being late, please contact us so we can adjust as needed.
- Late arrivals may result in a shortened service to accommodate other guests, with the full-service fee still applying.
- Arrivals 15 minutes or more past the scheduled time may need to be rescheduled.
Returns and Refunds
All sales are final, except for the products listed below, which may be returned for spa credit within 30 days if a reaction is verified by one of our providers. Cash refunds are not available

Age Policy
Guests under 18 require parental consent for treatments. Children under 16 are not allowed in the spa unless receiving a service, accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Valuables
Please keep your valuables with you, as Aestique Medispa cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items.
Gratuity
Gratuities are not included in our service rates but are always appreciated. Tips may be provided in cash or added to your card payment at checkout.
