Denise Trimble

Denise is a licensed Massage Therapist who graduated from the Pittsburgh School of Massage Therapy and has been practicing since 2000. With experience in both private practice and spa settings, she brings a well-rounded approach to relaxation, recovery, and overall wellness. She is certified in a variety of massage techniques including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular, Hot Stone, Myofascial, Pregnancy Massage, Lomi Lomi, and Cupping Therapy. Denise believes massage plays an important role in supporting the mind-body connection, helping clients feel healthier both physically and mentally.
