Maria started at Aestique in 2012 as Dr. Lazzaro’s private practice nurse. Maria is Greensburg PA born and raised, Hempfield High School alumni. She graduated from Duquesne University in 2003 with her bachelor’s degree in nursing. Her nursing background includes 6years of Pediatric Intensive Care as well as 3years of Adult Neurovascular ICU. She attended the University of Pittsburgh for her master’s degree in Family Nurse Practitioner. Since graduating she has been with Aestique and Dr. Lazzaro as a certified noninvasive injector for over 10+ years.
Maria lives in Wexford PA with her husband and two children. Her passion for aesthetics blends with her love of health/fitness as the owner of Pure Barre Wexford. With her love of pediatrics in mind she is also the head coach of the Pine Richland Middle School cheerleading squad.
Maria joined our Aestique team in 2011. She has 8 years of UPMC critical care nursing experience in Pediatrics and adult Neurovascular Medicine. Maria holds a BSN degree from Duquesne University and a Masters degree in Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of Pittsburgh. She is a certified injector of dermal fillers and botox at our Shadyside office. She also performs laser treatments for photorejuvenation, hair removal and scarring. Maria’s nursing background has instilled a wonderful bedside manner with the upmost care and compassion for her patients.
